I purchased an item but did not receive it. What should I do?
If you purchased an item and did not receive it, please follow these steps.
- Verify the purchase went through. You can check your purchase history in your App Store account.
- If the purchase did not go through, please try making the purchase again.
- If the purchase did go through, then contact us for your missing items.
- Please include a copy of your purchase receipt when contacting us.
